Welcome to the
Cologne Laue Indexation Program

The Cologne Laue Indexation Program, or short CLIP, is a software for the analysis of Laue patterns.
It can do simulations as well as index and refine from spots marked on a Laue photograph. Afterward the rotations to obtain a special orientation could be calculated for arbitary goniometer configurations. The program is written in the Python language and the cross platform toolkit Qt. It runs on Windows, Linux and MacOS X.
It is free software released under the terms of the GNU General Public License and may therefore be used and even modified at no charge.
